Mr. Plexico is a founder of the Central Eurasia Leadership Academy (CELA), a multicultural initiative developing creative leaders and promoting cooperation throughout the region. From the success of CELA, sister academies have developed in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Mr. Plexico has served as facilitator and faculty member for all three academies.

Clark Plexico has been an elected state senator, corporate executive, international non-profit CEO, country director, and president of both an international real estate company and international consulting company. He understands that those positions are just titles, and that leadership is not based on titles, but has to be earned. Management titles are granted by authority, but leadership is granted by those being led. This is one of the underlying principles of his leadership development seminars and presentations.

Mr Plexico believes leadership development can occur only when a person understands themselves, others, systems and authority. His presentations and seminars challenge participants to find their uniqueness and their purpose.

Due not only to his professional and personal experiences, but also because of the impact his presentations have on participants, Clark Plexico is a sought after speaker and trainer.

Two of Mr. Plexico’s most requested interactive seminars and workshops in the area of Global Leadership are:

  • Living a Life of Purpose - Understanding yourself, others, systems and authority in answering the question “How do you want to be remembered?”

  • “Skills for Successful Leadership in a Globalized World”
